    I can’t say enough good things about these guys—they were incredibly helpful and provided great tech support. I’m really glad I chose them instead of the local HVAC companies, who’s prices were insane – one quote was nearly $40k. We saved a small fortune on a 4-ton Universal system, and it works amazingly well. Comes with a solid guarantee, which we liked. Easy to fit in with our existing ductwork by using the fan speed settings.Well worth it – fun weekend project.

    A absolutely amazing system – it was relatively easy to install and worked perfectly well with our nest thermostat. It delivers all the way down to about – 30C which is perfect for our cold winters here in Ontario. We highly recommend the additional heat kit, as it’s not expensive. Highly recommend these guys – the best prices by far.

    Super easy to fit – the Universal worked out the box with our existing thermostat. The High ESP model was perfect for our existing ductwork – we had to play around with it a bit – but it works great! We recommend buying the heat kit – it wasn’t very expensive but was worth it.

    Amazing customer service and technical support – especially with the ducting calculations. We saved a lot of money and are glad we took the plunge by doing it ourselves. The professional install quotes we were getting were ridiculous. We’d recommend doing it yourself to anyone and Mike the ducting/sheet metal guy they recommended was awesome. I think we did it for about a third of the cost we were quoted and got a $2k rebate.

    After power-up, the unit was less than half the noise of my old unit. When I went outside I thought the outside condenser wasn’t working. I couldn’t hear it until I was within 6 foot of it.
    How nice. Replaced our old Trane forced air system. As an electrician, I fitted it myself – couldn’t be happier.

    I rate it 5 Stars. Great company, great unit.
