Reboot the router and all hardware – if you have done that – you can test the dongle by inserting it into another hander and setting up – if the other handler does not work it’s the dongle – if it does work – it’s the air handler (hardware) or the network. Please go to step 2.
2. Network issue: – our advice would be to reach out the app developer as it sounds like a technical/network issue. It is as though the router is not seeing it?Please share more details about the issue with our customer support team by either emailing us at support@cielowigle.com or calling us at +1-425-529-5775 (9am-9pm EST, Mon-Fri).
3. Alternatively if it is hardware related – Mr Cool can send a replacement out to you via UPS. In that case follow the tech support/warranty procedure below as you’re fully covered.
