2 Ton ~ 1050 sq. ft.
3 Ton ~ 1550 sq. ft.
4 Ton ~ 2050 sq. ft.
5 Ton ~ 2500 sq. ft.
For areas greater than 25000 square feet and/or multiple stories we suggest dividing the square footage and purchasing multiple Universal® units.
2. How much line in feet from the outside condenser to the inside air handler.
3. If you need a heat kit – these are optional and are available in 5 | 8 | 10 | 15 | 20 KWH
Note: A staged electric furnace provides supplemental heating capacity and runs during defrost.
